I'm not a huge Trump guy, but we are still out of TP and some other supplies. If Trump freaks and makes this a massive deal, what kind of panic would that have caused? It would have been absolute Chaos.
The experts fricked this up the most. The CDC and other people in charge that are professionals on this. No one claimed this would happen other than asterisked messages to cover their arse in case it did.

Yes. Trump failed us. He was far too concerned with Twitter, the media and the stock market.
Others failed us too. The media, Democrats obsessed with impeachment, FDA, CDC, etc. But at the end of the day Trump is the man at the Top.
It’ll be interesting to read the “9/11 Commission Report“ for this after the dust settles.

The pandemic hasn’t hit yet and we are out. The problem is larger than what they have stockpiled. It’s the persistent policy making that has “globalized” our economy. There is simply not enough domestic production of necessary medical supplies and drugs to keep our citizens safe.

I will stop going to work at some point possibly. My empathy degrades daily watching dumb asses who refuse to stay home. I was just informed I was exposed on Monday to a positive case without a mask and they still want me to work on Friday. I’m not going to risk my family to save a society that wasn’t smart enough to manufacture medical supplies and stay the frick at home.

Government does everything poorly. That is why that government is best which governs the least. We stray from this at our peril.

I think Trump is a horrible president and human being. This is not his fault though. This is decades in the making. To blame it on him is just politicizing a crisis to promote your own agenda. He is still a douche monkey though.

I am not a chest thumping 'merica! type but I wish people realized that American made goods are essential even if the cost is considerably higher.
