C’mon man. was there any evidence other than her accusation? how do these even become cases? try going to your local police and tell them you want to report a crime. then lead with, well it all happened 43 years ago when i was 12…and see where that gets you. anything other than murder should be a non starter. Hell, this is so long ago, Reagan was President, there was no internet or cable, fax machines were new, nobody had ever heard of Bill Clinton, and we all still drove American cars that used leaded gasoline! this was closer to the end of WW2 than it is to 2025!

I assumed he admitted to it out of guilt. No way a jury convicts based on only a 43yo testimony by one person.

I live in Oklahoma, and I guarantee you the people here are not happy about the short length of jail time he received (his sentence is 10 years, but only 6 months in jail). Also has to register as a sex offender.
From what I have been able to determine, the judge (Cindy Pickrell) is a "Special Judge" who was appointed, not elected, to fill a vacant position.
Don't know much else about her other than she is a heifer.
Also, I looked at the on-line records of his case. He was represented by one of Oklahoma's most expensive law firms - Martin Law Office

If you take time to look into the case, you will find it’s a lot more than an accusation. He talks about it in his books and sermons.
He’s a prosperity-Gospel preaching pedo and deserves what he’s getting.
