just broke in on CNN

President of France was at the soccer game, this is all just breaking and nothing is confirmed but there are reports of multiple casualties

pretty wild. I heard those bangs while watching the game. The announcer are obviously oblivious. They just brushed it off as someone setting off fireworks outside the stadium.
