If I was single I couldn't date someone that young at my age. Sex is fine but I wouldn't want to hang around with a 23 yr old otherwise

I have a friend that dated and just married a very nice lady who has two daughters. One still in the house. The amount of shite he has had to deal with between the kid and the ex is pretty overwhelming.
Another buddy married a lady who has three kids all out of the house. Two of the three are complete shitheads and one of them is on drugs and in / out of jail. So, even not in the house, they are making his life suck.
Basically, if the chick has kids I would be extremely cautious.

She is pretty mature for her age, to be honest. And I've only got 11 years on her, so it isn't something outrageous.
Her friends and their SOs are a different story, though.

I have two friends that have gone through divorce the past couple of years. Neither were their "decision".
One didn't really look for anyone after his divorce. A few months after it was final, he met someone at work (he works for a huge company, the lady was in another division where they would never actually work together) and 6 months later they were engaged, 2 more months they were married in a simple ceremony. She has kids of her own as well.
Other one, no kids, pretty much as soon as the ink was dry on the divorce paper, started looking to date again. Eventually found someone and they have been dating for a while. Met her on an app (I think).
I know life goes on... but it's certainly an unplanned detour.

It’s not terrible. I met my current gf on Hinge. It’s better than bumble or tinder. Women on there seem more serious about finding a relationship as compared to just a hook up.

He said he didn't know her age until their 3rd or 4th date. I was shocked when he told me how old she was. She looks and acts more our age. First time I hung out with her, she pulled out a big sack of weed. My wife was not impressed, but has grown to love her.
He met her at a tailgate before an Alabama game. She was in the tent next to the one he was at.

Whether you realize it or not, grandmothers are now in your dating pool. I’m not talking 60 year old grannies either. Lots of women out there in their early 40’s whose kids have grown up and started having kids of their own. First time you go out with a woman and she mentions her grand babies, I promise you’ll do a double take.
