Listen, there is no question that the people that he mentions are pure "products" shaped and presented by a money-making industry. None of them are pure organic sprouts that appeared by surprise out of nowhere. That sort of thing hardly ever happens in this industry.

There's nothing inherently wrong about the way that it works. The industry has found the best way to generate the most money for all concerned, and they follow a process. This isn't to say that the "stars" aren't talented and attractive -- they are. But, being attractive is more important than being talented.

If Elvis was a fat bald slob, would anybody know who he was today? Very few, although his singing ability alone would have been enough to sell at least a few records.

Taylor Swift uses a lot of Auto-Tune. Her Dad bought a record company and THAT record company gave her a recording contract. She was a teenage model. Her looks and her Dad's money have more to do with what she is today then her organic musical talent. There's no denying this.

Give me a Taylor Swift and Anna Kendrick threesome.
