Even if Dorothy Jackson wrote Tasha in the $500/mo payment without Tasha’s knowledge, why in the hell did Clark-Amar call the Plummer family right after her death and let them know she was to be compensated?
She just wanted to make sure they knew just who was stealing from them.

It's not uncommon for executive assistants to have the ability to send and receive emails from their superior. It's actually very easy on Outlook and doesn't require sharing passwords.
Well,
1. Why is this guy making these kinds of decisions on her behalf?
2. Why didn't TCA go back and say "disregard that email"?
3. Why didn't DJ say anything about this decision?
This is a horrible explanation

Will anything ever happen to Tasha and all her COA corruptness, or is she home free?
Also, can that judge go back to Sammy's and drink now, and whatever happened to his thieving accuser?

Her mom is a judge.

And all this is happening in BR, so I'd think that Tasha is not only safe but will continue to get away with her COA shenanigans.

Nothing to do with StG? I know you are smarter than than, Golfer.

As a rule of thumb, never trust a man with a hyphenated last name.

That's crumbs.
One thing is for certain. This woman has never met a crumb she didn't like, or eat.

I suppose at the surface; but practically speaking, an incorporated St. George does nothing to the COA’s current taxation/theft of EBR residents.

She should be in jail by now.

You guys act like $500 a month is a lot of money to administer an estate. I tell you what, she was going to have to put up with dealing with all those greedy family members constantly demanding money. Phone calls emails, stop bys at the office-- saying no to all their bullshite reasons?. I wouldn't do it for a lousy $500 a month.
Long walk, short pier = do it.

That's what I'm asking....Is she still being investigated, or is it over and nothing will happen to her?

You’re right. She should have never accepted the role in the first place, monthly payment or not.

Yeah 20 years of putting up with that bullshite. And what's $500 worth 20 years from now? No how no way,
I don't care what Nakamodo supposedly "exposed". I've read some of the court filings. The family is typical bunch of greedy trash and I can;t imagine putting up with them for 2 decades.. People have no idea what they are talking about...
Please elaborate and educate us.. Any links or quotes? Where can we find this info?
But even if the family was the greediest trash on earth, what was done was completely illegal and unethical in every way, shape and form.

I'll pull some of the court pleadings to elaborate. Might take me a day or two. In the meantime how much does the family expect to pay an administrator to run the estate for them? $250 a month? $100 a month ? Might guess is more like 0.
They're in for a rude awakening.

I hope she chokes on a ham hock.

I'm not sure about the reasonable costs to pay an administrator. But even if they have to pay more money just to have it done by a qualified and ethical person ( Tarsha obviously isnt either of those) then that still seems like a win.
But this article says it that $500 was "an unusually high fee".

She is a parasitic POS.

This might be a really stupid question but why even have an administrator?
Why wouldn't her assets be split between the people she wanted it split between & that was it?
Why did it have to be drawn out over 20 years?
FWIW I have not been through this yet with my family.
My grandparents drew up a will with a lawyer, it spells out how things are to be split between the kids & grandkids.
I don't see why her estate (IIRC 300k) would have to be doled out over 20 years.
