The shirts and buses were paid for by the retard who owns Everything Philly.
Also, Tarsha is approaching Gravy and Chris Christie levels of obesity. My God she is giant. Do they make jail cells big enough for her?

Gee. Fat bitch didn’t have a problem with the case being in the 19th JDC when momma was presiding over it.
I just find it interesting that Johnson is the only judge there who didn’t recuse himself.

Why hasn't the BOD of the COA looked into this woman's behavior as director?

That was at the Council Meeting when they voted on the tax. Note that every person they bussed there to lean on the Council had on a COA t-shirt. I got one of the reporters to ask her how they all managed to have matching t-shirts and she said they give the seniors a shirt for coming to the Center. So, yes, your tax dollars paid for those shirts. She was unable to explain how her explanation worked given that all the shirts were visibly brand new and obviously not handed out over a period of time. Her stealing money to make shirts is hardly the biggest issue though.
The guy who owns Everything Philly bought the shirts.

Because most of them are on the payroll too probably from other elderly people they have done this to in the past.

The best part of that explanation is when she went on to say that they do wash them & wear them again, as if that made it ok

Plummer's grandson, Dan Freeman, said Monday that waiting so long before asking Johnson to recuse himself seemed like a stall tactic.
That's exactly what she's doing. She knows that getting it reassigned to another court will take some time. I'm curious as to why she keeps delaying the inevitable. Is there some sort of big COA decision coming out soon that would cause her to want to push this back?

I would think that's because the child would usually get preferential treatment. Her mom must not be well liked.
This. The case she cited has to stand for the proposition that the judge's kid would get preferential treatment from the other judges in the district (I didn't read it). It's pretty telling that she would move to recuse one of her mom's colleagues. That next judicial banquet is going to be awkward!

That means that Judge Johnson is gonna make a ruling she doesn’t like so she is trying to pull last minute hail mary’s to save herself
