That is a legitimate concern. My point is I'm pretty sure most women, especially those with small children, would have a pretty big problem sharing a bathroom with a man who wished he didn't have a penis.

I'm beginning to believe that humans will be marrying four legged animals in the U.S. at some point. Women will be having dinner dates with Akitas and German Shepherds as their husbands, and..no.. I'm not talking about people that bring animals in restaurants that permit them. I think this is going on as a taboo subculture in parts of Europe, presently.

I agree 100%. I think it's ridiculous when the goverment intervenes but if a private business like Target wants to let gays in the bathroom, or not let certain races shop at their stores, they should be allowed to. If a company wants to discrimate or not the market will decide if they should be rewarded or not for the choices they make.
