Target to allow Transgender in women's bathrooms

As much as I think the whole issue is ridiculous, this is fine with me. Let a private business make this choice. Unfortunately, many won't look at this as a private business choosing to run their establishment how they wish within the bounds of the law.

"Transgenders" and "transsexuals" aren't necessarily the same thing.
You can have a penis, dress like a guy, think you're a girl, and you are a transgender, and therefore you are allowed to use the women's restroom.

Maybe it's different on the West Coast, but my experience with unisex bathrooms has been that, although both men and women can use them, they aren't used by both sexes at the same time.

sure. its complicated.
But I am going to guess that any transgender or transexual are way more worried about using the bathroom than you are. No matter what they are going to have issues, and my guess (just a guess) is that they are going to use the bathroom that they are currently dressed like. I.e. if they have a dress, they use the woman's room.

If these private businesses are so adamant about the issue, why couldn't they just establish a third bathroom for unisex and transgender that is clearly labeled? Most unisex bathrooms are singles with a lock which is quite different than anyone being able to walk in and do their business wherever they want.

Easy fix for all this hubbub: All Trans use the Men's Room, only those with XX chromosomes use the Ladies Room.
Probably put an end to the majority of the "oh look at me, please please PLEASE someone notice me, look how different I am by joining the latest fad" trans crap. So many so desperate for attention they adopt whatever the latest oddball thing is. That's the mentality behind hippies, hipsters, punk, Goth, beatniks, etc.. Insecure, insignificant, attention deprived childhood, head cases always looking for acceptance from outside when their problems lie within themselves. Wanna be original and unique? Be yourself.
