I'm not sure how safe some of these transgender men would be in a men's restroom. They look a helluva lot like women.

Listen I completely understand that, but it is still interesting that if some of these transgender people were to actually follow the rules/laws then many of them would be going into bathrooms completely looking like the opposite sex. Clearly these people are already breaking the rules. Is that OK?

So maybe they shouldn't make a big show out of it, go to the ladies room, squat and piss, and go about their day with no one the wiser.

That's the thing, men really aren't worried about who may be in the bathroom with them. Penis or vagina, doesn't matter. The issue arrives because men don't want perverts near their wife and kids.

All the straight men should just start using the womens room. Then the trannies will remain uncomfortable and demand their own bathrooms.
Also, this applies to fitting/dressing rooms at Target, not just bathrooms.

Go read the link in the post of mine you just quoted. There was a court ruling just this week saying gender specific bathrooms are discriminatory. The courts are already ruling that you can't limit people from using a bathroom based on their actual gender.

Ya know, can't say I ever remember seeing a chick in the men's room pull up his dress to pee. So, I have to guess they've always used the women's room.

This sounds like a huge lawsuit against them the first time a woman is sexually assaulted or harassed by a man wearing a skirt in one of their bathrooms.
