Target Marketimg that I don't get. Cider Beers, Flavored Malt Liquors marketed to guys

The mike's harder is easy to chug and is around 1.50 for a 24 ounce. It's 8% abv so it's a good one before going out

Knew a guy that was inter ciders for a month or so. I generally fall under the let people drink and eat what they like category, but if any of my buddies started drinking mikes hard lemonade regularly it would be hard not to ridicule them for doing so

Honestly, never thought about it. A Limerita in a can isn't much different than a marg rocks. I mean, guys drink Margs at restaurants. On the go is just convenience. Shittier taste but same, at least to me.

I've only met one guy who drank Mike's Hard regularly. He was a jacked former Special Forces officer, and I still gave him relentless shite for it. He hated the taste of beer. Had to be to biggest outlier for green berets ever. He also had zero tattoos.

"Craft" ciders are fantastic. Lots of different styles.
Angry Orchard, Redd's, etc. are just loaded with sugar and super sweet, so I don't like them.
I've never understood the need to ridicule someone because they drink something sweet though.
Like a 5% Bud Light is somehow more manly than an 8% Mike's?
Or a chocolate martini that will knock you out is less manly than a shot of whiskey?
Sounds stupid to me.

Limeritas are disgusting. Definitely different from getting a nice margarita at a restaurant. Do they even use tequila in limeritas? Get you a beer instead.
