It's not safe.
Side effects of Tamiflu include convulsions, delirium and delusions. The death of five Japanese children and seven adults has been linked to the drug. Disturbingly, a 2009 study found more than half of all children taking Tamiflu experience side effects, including neuropsychological effects such as altered behavior and nightmares. Other rare side effects such as toxic epidermal necrolysis and blindness have also been reported

Many many more people die of Acetaminophen. AKA, Tylenol.

read the Cochrane Study on Tamiflu. Observational studies say it makes a difference; but, observational studies are full of confounders. Some Drs swear by it and others think it is a scam. But, the manufacturer sure has become rich on the medication........

was it the drug or your immune system doing the work? How do you compare and prove it either way????

I know. Also, more people died from Tylenol over the last few years than prescription pain mess but look at the fight against pain meds.

It minimized my symptoms an made the flu somewhat tolerable. I would have suffered a lot more without it.....

Last year, I had the same stuff, tested negative for the flu, but the doc in a box still treated as if it were the flu. What's the point of testing if you're going to treat it as the flu anyways?

Flu tests are highly inaccurate.

All I know is I’ve got the flu right now and am on my second dose of Tamiflu and I feel 100 times better.
