I've caught the one on airline (by old Hammond) cutting their meat with beans (on items that don't come with beans) on at least three separate occasions.

I've never understood how Jack in the Box is able to advertise tacos that look like fairly traditional hard shelled tacos w/lettuce and cheese but sell you what looks more like a fried meat pie.

Taco Bells demographic is blue collar young men who want a bunch of calories as cheaply as possible. There is nothing wrong with that, if you don't know who your customers are you end up like Bud Lite.
But the quality is just so bad, but so is McD, they aren't going broke anytime soon.
