Turns out that rash of black church arsons throughout the early 2000's were almost exclusively all insurance fraud perpetrated by the congregations. They set up that huge FBI Task Force but just kept catching black folk so they quietly shut it down.

Reminds me of the black female LSU student who tried to claim that someone left a racist doll on her door and cried wolf.
LSU had the chance to expose her, but took the politically correct way out and let it die.

Also, what we need to do is to cause a stir with BR black activists to get them to demand where the BRPD/DOJ investigation is on the case.
