This thread is so weird

I’ve worn some ostrich boots, jeans, and a jacket on a few different occasions in my life. Come at me

If we aren’t allowed to make fun of places like this then we might as well shut the internet down

With a nicer jacket than he likely owned but sure, for some low effort casual work events or dinners. I sure as shite wouldn’t be wearing a suit to dinner at a place like the supper club

I don't think I've been to a wedding in over a decade but I have one charcoal grey suit for weddings and funerals.

Working in the “no collar” industry allows for one to never have to worry about dressing up. You’d be surprised how some people in the tech industry dress to head into the office that earn over $500K/yr.

Just add a "business Stetson" and you're doing the Raylan Givens.

I do wish the early-60s supper clubs would make a comeback. Dinner and a show for members and their guests. Those Murder/Mystery Theaters had their moment but they died out.

We went opening weekend.
It was a wonderful experience and the food was excellent. Definitely doesn’t feel like Baton Rouge once you enter the restaurant… and that’s after the bouncer guy greets you in the parking lot to deny you access unless you have a reservation.
Food is pricey of course but not a huge leap from the Ruth’s Chris-type places.
