I just got a pair of MJs after rocking Costas for years.

Realized that I get 30% discount on any purchase from MJ because of my job.

I've lost Costa's and Maui Jim's off the boat deck when taking off. I honestly say I miss the Maui Jim's most.

When I was younger, I was an Oakley lifer. I had 1st Gen E-Wires and a pair of Juliets with prescription lenses. I almost cried after I got LASIK and replaced the script lenses in my Juliets. The Optical shop asked me if I wanted to keep the old lenses, and when I sad no, just trashed them- they were $300 lenses!!!

I had a pair of Maui Jim’s that I broke the lenses twice, then I bought a pair of Revos. The frames broke after about 5 years- I miss those the most, but I like the Raybans I have now. I wish I still had my Juliet’s, as douchey as they are

I like sunglasses.

I have Botegga Veneta, Maui Jim, Vaurnet, Persol, Salt Optics, Costa Del Mar and Tom Ford. I tend to wear the Salt Optics the most but lately I’ve been wearing one of my pairs of Maui Jim.

I would like to get a pair of Oliver Peoples.

I don't usually wear sunglasses. Most of my daily wear prescription glasses have sunglasses clips. I have one set of Matsuda 10611H with the side shields I wear occasionally. The Oliver Peoples pair I want look like this:

I’ve had several pairs of MJ, Ray Ban, and Oakley. Theyre all great really. Get what style you like the best.

A brand I don’t see mentioned often is Vuarnet and I would argue they are the nicest sunglasses I’ve ever owned. They aren’t cheap tho.

My daughter sent me to this site, where they have huge discounts on name brand sunglasses. If you don't mind last years models you can't beat the prices. Since most here seem to like Maui Jim's here's a link to them.

What says the OT?

I have two pair of Maui Jims. I also have three pair of Randolph's. And one pair of Krewe.

Krewe is shite. I don't like them. They're cheaply made.

Randolph's build quality appears to me to be better than Maui. Both have an excellent warranty policy.

I used to like Revo, but for some reason, every pair of Revo's that I try on, I see splotches in their lens which impacts my vision.

I went back to Maui Jim’s from years of costas. I still think they are the best out right now. Ray ban is good as well. Seems they are all owned by Luxottta though.

Nice link, thanks. I bought those Kaiwi Channel a little over 2 years ago when they were new for $225 (had a $50 coupon), but it's the blue ones they don't have listed.

I have 4 pairs of MJs and they're the best lenses. I've had RB, Revo, and a few other high $ glasses and I always come back to MJ. They have really come up in price though. New pair I just got were $450 and got 30% off for the Mahalo to Heroes discount, but that's still $315.

I’ve had one expensive pair in my life that my wife gave me for my birthday, a $100 pair of oakleys. I wound up leaving them on the seat of my golf cart and sat on them. This was many years ago.

I buy my sunglasses and readers at the dollar tree now for about a buck and a half. I’m past trying to impress anybody.

It's the opposite for me, an expensive pair of sunglasses I handle with kids gloves and never lose. Cheapo's I don't give a shite about and break them/lose them. I don't give a shite what anybody thinks of what I wear. I like good lenses and Maui Jim's are by far the best.

I’ve got a pair of Maui Jim aviator style with blue lens I’ve been having for over a decade. I usually send them in To get the lenses replaced once every couple of years.
Just recently bought a pair of oakleys for outdoor sports type/lawn activities . They are the darkest polarized lenses I’ve ever owned and were perfect on our Virgin Islands trip.

Goodr is pretty elite

I like these, but they aren’t as comfortable as my expensive ones. I believe they are John ford? I don’t know; I’m not a brand whore. I bought them in Italy a few years back because I lost my pair and needed new ones. They were comfy and the lenses were and still are spectacular

I hope to find some goodr that feel good, because I’m all about cheap glasses
