No it's not. Winter is called cold and flu season for a reason. It's the lack of UV radiation and lower Vitamin D production which your body needs to clear respiratory viruses.

I have not felt well the last two days. Congested, tired, and just blah.
It might be a cold. Might be the flu. Might be a virus. Might be Covid.
I’m treating symptoms with medicine and resting. Trying to not infect anyone else.

I know of 8 people who had COVID this summer and one of them has had it 4 times for the last 3 years. Every single one of them have had the shot.
