We've actually eaten there before! It was pretty good if I remember correctly.

Univ of Houston plays UNLV this in town this weekend.

You could drive to Prairie View and watch them play.

Great museums in that area south of downtown. Herman Park, the outdoor theatre, and gardens in that area are pretty awesome. Supposed to be cooler this weekend as well.

Just looked at the website briefly. Can you give me some more details on your experience? Thanks

You put on VR googles as does your party. In reality, you walk into a large empty room but you are in the international space station through VR. Once you get to a unique room or part of the ISS, there is an orb you touch and a 45-90 second video play. Either how the astronauts eat, workout, sleep, etc. All the while completely immersed in the ISS. 360° views of wherever you are.

There might be 50-75 people in the room with you in reality, but you don’t see them. Instead, strangers have a certain color orb that gets more pronounced as you get closer so you don’t run into them. People in your party have a different color so you can stay close. And the staff has another color. If no is near you, all you see is the inside of the ISS

After about 20-25 minutes of that, they take you to a seated area and you watch an astronaut fix something on the outside of the ISS with amazing views of earth and the moon as if you were in space.

If you like classical music there's a free concert Saturday in Miller Park. When I lived in Houston I used to go to those things all the time they're great.

tickets aren't necessary but if you want a seat you need a ticket
