Subway was awesome back in the "Sandwich Artist" days. Mid to late 90's. The quality sucks now.

I’ll go my nephew a meatball every now and then. Probably the only sandwich that’s held up portion wise. You can’t really skip on a meatball

Started over 15 years ago and been gone at least 10. Just saying. I know policies like regulations, shipping costs, $15 min wage, inflation have all played a part, but honestly $6.99 isnt that bad these days and their sandwiches aren't thaaat bad either

I stopped into a subway on Wednesday night and it’s been years since I went into one. I got a 6 inch Italian with a drink and chips, cost $11.85. I was like, WTF? The sun was mediocre, but it’s Subway so it’s to be expected. It will be another 10 years until go into one.

Its the bread. All that fricking bread on some skimp arse protein and then add a bunch of sauces and extra ingredients.
And being healthier than a whopper means absolutely nothing. There are people fatter than Lizzo. But she's still fat and nasty.
