You left off a pretty important part in your title.

SU Board of Supervisors unanimously upholds Jackson's firing

Jackson was present Friday but did not speak. Afterward, Jackson’s New Orleans-based attorney, Bill Aaron, described Friday’s appeal hearing as a “kangaroo court” and said his client will soon file suit to force the university to change its mind.

I agree but it’s a small step in the right direction. COA STILL won’t change but hopefully the AG’s office and others can begin the criminal investigation into this organized crime organization.

That'll make her popular on campus should she win.

How has the bar association not gotten involved with this?

I’m surprised it was unanimous. Not surprised she is appealing.
Let’s hope SUBR followed protocol on the hearing and the firing so that it stands up.
I know a bunch of bullshite with Deedy’s slimy brother in law was overturned in court when they attempted to oust him as chancellor.

No worries I'm just jealous that I'm not also enjoying an adult beverage.

Shocked, just shocked that Aaron would think to appeal.
