I think the point is that the media ranted about how HCQ was not only completely ineffective as evidenced by these "studies" but it has a good chance of killing you. The media railed on for a week about how Trump was putting lives at risk by merely saying he was taking the drug. As if you could just walk into CVS and pick up mega doses of HCQ
