And the AI company should be prosecuted and be shut down for a source code that clearly allows CP to be generated and is obviously being used for that purpose as we speak

That was not a fight, the girl just slapped him in the head. If that was my boy, he would have received much worse when he got home from school.
Also, I would have destroyed all the boy's PEDs. No computers, no video game systems and no cell phones while living under my roof ever. I would have gone to the school board meeting and apologize to the girls dad, the girl if she was present, for raising a shitty kid and would have stated to the school board that girl did not deserve any punishment.

Well they just let her back today. She was expelled for 2 months.
And she was crying to the school principal and admins for hours that it was happening and to please stop it and they blew her off, saying it was just a "rumor", and apparently didn't lift a finger to see if it was true. That in itself is a Mandatory Reporter violation.
Then after doing nothing all day they made her ride home on the same bus as that little shite while he was showing that "bush" pic to everyone right in front of her face

Given it likely just put the girl's face on an adult body... It probably isn't what you are thinking.
However, a few years ago a large social media company out of austin was bombarded with videos of all of their female staff being portrayed in porn deep fakes. When they asked them to stop, they were then bombarded with videos of the male staff engaging in gay porn.
While the boy should receive an arse kicking, if it is a standard "deep fake" child porn is a bit far.
Having said thay, IF the deep fake was her face being put into child porn... Burn him at the stake.

The medium is changing and far more advanced but the thought process is no different than a crude message written on the bathroom stalls when we were growing up.

AI has the ability to ruin peoples' lives with these deep fakes. Imagine vengeful teenage boys and girls using it to create a video to show that little Julie isn't the angel she "pretends" to be: she's in fact a slut who makes videos of herself having sex with other guys.
The amount of bullying and damage to that girl's psyche would be enough to drive her to self-harm. I don't know how you prevent it from happening but with AI tools getting more advanced and easy to use, this stuff is going to happen more and more frequently.

They spoke as if the 13 year old had beaten the other child down to a bloody pulp with a bat. She hit him once with an open hand and did no damage,
We got in fist fights in school. Maybe a one day suspension so long as we chilled and it was not usual behavior. This child was expelled with no prior issues.
I want to know why the principal, counselor and teachers have not been suspended as the child. They are mandated reporters and should have IMMEDIATELY called the state hotline then issued a written report within five days as it involved child pornography. It was not reported to auhorities until the Superintendent saw the report. They also should face criminal charges under R.S. 14:403(A)(1)..
