I lived in La for roughly 30 of my 40yrs on this earth.
Texas shits on Louisiana in every category imaginable.
Also, I have been here 10yrs and can count on one hand how many times I have been without electricity and that was maybe 10 minutes max. Even thru the freezes and such my power hasnt so much as blinked.
