Has Nguyener (sorry if misspelled) checked in today?

He was up late posting in here and pretty stressed, hope he and his family are okay.

Considering there were no flights today, this is interesting

Many were there and then flights were cancelled without little warning. I'm sure a lot just stayed

I lost power in Tara for like two seconds. Quickly shut down my computer to save power on my UPS. Power came back on. Now my rgb is stuck on unicorn vomit because I don't feel like unplugging a wire to reset it...

shite man. My folks and brother are there. They lost power about 2:30. Right in highway park. I’m worried about em. frick. I’m just downright scared tbh. I’m stuck here at work. Shits breaking. No idea when I’ll be able to leave. Thibodaux, where I live is getting hammered. My elderly parents going through this shite. I feel helpless. I’m gonna fricking lose it before this thing is over.

This is how I feel too man although I'm out of harms way and in Texas. I feel absolutely helpless. I'm sure there are a lot of us worried sick about family in this wicked storms path. Praying for everyone, man. Keep yourself mentally strong, they're going to need you.

Not sure if serious.

Dude said it would hit the state line and would be luck to make it to a Cat 3.

I didn't mention severity. He was also a lot closer to landfall than the "experts" here. Y'all don't have to get so upset that he was right about it going east of BR.

Really ? ... Not me .. it's not exciting when your bored to death in a hot house and all your food goes bad and your house is flooded and your dog has to poo and pee in your house ... I always wish predict it away
