Weeks Marine used to have a contract to dump sewer sludge off the coast of New Jersey. They may well still do it.
Ironically they also were the ones that had the contract to rebuild the beaches using their dredges.
Always seemed to me they were dumping crap (literally) in the ocean and then moving it back on land again.
