Just so you know, I have two different styles of those things and neither works at all. It literally feels the exact same as a fan blowing an equal amount of air. I’m other words , it feels the same whether you put ice water in it and freeze the filter , as it does if you just turn the fan on without even adding the stuff that supposedly makes it blow cold air .
I have no idea how they are allowed to get away with selling something that’s design is impossible to work. If you don’t have a compressor somewhere on a fan , then the air won’t be cold . It’s a flawed system that isn’t even capable of working. Yet they say the smaller version can drop the room temp from 90 to 65 . It doesn’t even drop it 1 degree.
Sorry I know this is a post from much earlier, but I’ve been wanting to get that shite off my chest after buying two different types and having been ripped off by both.

Laura had already bottomed out to 150 mph when that sreenshot was taken. Ida definitely has time. Distance to the radar site and beam strength could play into them looking different too. It’s not quite an apples to apples comparison.

Correct. For those who have been keeping track of the path through BR, it has wobbled back towards the city.
Previous path had it going through Port Vincent.
Current path has it going through Shenandoah.
