It is the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. You can sign your child up at birth and they will receive 60 free books between then and their 5th birthday. Pretty cool program and have enjoyed getting them and adding them to the reading rotation with our daughter.

Never heard cotton used as a verb like that. Ever. Would imagine it’s more of a Protestant hide your drinking from your neighbors area of the south expression

All of my kids have received Dolly's books. Not sure how they got our info, the books just started showing up after they were born. Probably signed something in the hospital paperwork. Truly impressive program.
