He has a point. All it takes is for people to not understand the meaning behind what you are saying and you get into hot water.

Dave Chappelle. I have to wonder how many of the trannies who are all up in arms about his last special actually watched AND listened to it.

He makes a whole point about how that LBGQ community hurts its own people and how his friend, who was trans, killed herself and it is believed to be a result from the heat she took for opening up for Chappelle, etc.

That group is probably the worst and you know older comedians (Im talking 60 yrs old +) are not fully "woke" to today's culture in general. And even though I am sure they keep up with the times, they are more likely to talk about it different.

During Steve Harvey's prime, it was a completely different world when it came to trans and gay people. Sort of like your grandparents. They say certain things without a second thought. Its their normal and you can tell them all day long that its not acceptable to say such and such.. And they don't give a single frick, which makes it even more funny...

Then you have your boy.. What's his name? Pat Oswalt? Dude apologized to the trans community for posting a picture of him and Chappelle. Well I don't know if he apologized but he sure felt the need to explain it.

You hear the same thing about music and movies.

Remember when things that were actually good became a part of pop culture?

You might wanna drop on in to the Steve Harvey radio show.

About 6/7 years ago I could get through it and enjoy some of it.

Now? I can barely get through 10min with 5 of it being music.

I don't hate you like everyone else.

But honestly man, why is it that nearly every time you post it's an entire college essay. Are you not Able to articulate your thoughts into 3 sentences, like everyone else, instead of 85.

Same thing happened to Walton and Johnson after Obama got elected. Show became 99 percent politics

Comedy requires zero or at least very wide margins.

It’s the one element in a society that forces us to look at ourselves less seriously and hopefully laugh.

The lib pc crowd takes itself way to seriously so they kill the ability to poke fun since that could mean some offending someone who is getting offended on purpose since we actually have a choice to be offended or not.

The plaintiff mentality has gotten out of hand though. Words will be off limits. Thoughts will be punishable.

When jerry Seinfeld gets boo’d at a college gig, you know something is out of whack

Nah. Steve Harvey not being funny killed comedy for him.

Plenty of great comedy still out there, so no idea what he’s talking about.

The majority of comics are on the left. Just because they make jokes about everyone doesn't mean they are right wing. LOL

Also, there is no cancel culture in comedy. That's blown way out of proportion. Show me a comedian, outside of rapey Chris Delia, that's been "cancelled" because of a stand up performance? It hasn't happened. Actually Michael Richards years ago because he flipped out and started yelling the N word. By all accounts comics don't like him anyway so no big loss.

OJ murdered two people. What does that have to do with whether he is liberal?

All of that to say he doesn't want to try comedy anymore because he sold out to mindless TV, who inexplicably pay him to make stupid arse faces with his plastic head

He pushes the limits on his shows A LOT too. You can often see it in his eyes when he is thinking something but holding back from saying it, which makes it even funnier

I’ll add the following who have been cancelled or faced attempted cancellation:

Dave Chappelle
Louis CK
Roseanne Barr
Ricky Gervais
TJ Miller
Ron White
Shane Gillis
Daniel Tosh
and tGOAT canceled comedian Michael Richards

Btw once the tolerant liberal left watches Raw and Delirious, Eddie Murphy is fricking DONE.
