It's what someone would say who does well and hasn't noticed herself. Extremely out of touch, but that's most media in the US. They are completely unaware of how half the country lives. When you realize the upbringing of a lot of prominent media members it makes a lot of sense.

Congrats. I’m sure the people who saw their business forced to close or lost high paying jobs that unemployment didn’t make up for because of Fauci’s gain of function research in China are happy to pay more for groceries now because they were able to save $100 a month last year on gas by not having to commute
