The Astor Crowne is a very nice hotel. Corner of Bourbon and Canal, pretty much connected to the Krystal Burger. I've had many a sex at that hotel. Only part that sucks about it is if you have a window facing Bourbon, then you hear that damn band playing all fricking night on the weekend.

Same. I try to book a room on the highest floor to get away from the noise on Bourbon.
The room rates have been very reasonable though. We have stayed there a few times and had no issues.
One thing I don't like is valet parking takes your car off-site to an area near the hood.

I enjoy that hotel as well. Hell, I'd stay there not for the craziness and maybe pick up a hotwife. Just because there is a lot of meh doesn't mean you have to screw them

I went to a swingers party on Bourbon Street once. Although I don't swing, I was intrigued to see what went on.
I had visions of Eyes Wide shite type shite, beautiful women everywhere, kinky orgies and whatnot.
It was one of the most pitiful parties I've seen. Maybe a couple of dozen unattractive people acting out.
I'm sure this isn't like all of them, and I'm sure there are some more intriguing ones, but goddamn was I disappointed.
