Steal an ambulance... But why?

Yet again proof positive we don't have enough people incarcerated. This fool should spend time in jail at least equivalent to the people's time he wasted being stuck and traffic. Never mind the COST of all of this.

Not gonna lie, I've had thoughts of buying a surplus ambulance and building it out into a Class-B rv. But then I come to reality that I have zero skills in car mods.
