State you'd most want to/not want to die in.

Well..its going to happen. No way around it. Death is on it's way to close your eyes.
So..Where would you want it forever remembered in your obituary to have gone down at?..and a state where you wouldn't want to be in your last moments forever associated with?

Not: Alabama. And I would gladly drive the extra 13 hour peripheral to the beach in exchange for that garbage state no longer existing.

I want to die peacefully with a cold beer in my hand, in the outdoors watching the sunset in the fall, a cool breeze on my face, leaning against a tree.

Went to college with a best friend from Thibodaux
Years later in medical school I'm rotating through some surgery wards
And this old baw comes in for something like non-threatening at all, like a cyst removal from his pinky toe or something.
As anesthesia is wheeling him out of his pre-op room to the OR he dramatically tries to turn around to his wife and shouts down the hallway
"BABY!
IF I DON'T MAKE IT BACK
BURY ME IN THIBODAUX!"
