When you can clearly see the gold truck was well off the road right after the collision. What if he was just turning off the road because that is where he was turning off?

The only thing for sure is that a full investigation needs to happen. No one, of rational mind, should be proclaiming guilt or innocence at this point. Most certainly we shouldnt have political parties and organizations sticking their hands in this

This is pretty clear. The driver of the charger started the chain reaction of events. Was the lady following too close? Probably yes but nothing happens if the he doesn’t slowdown and turn off the road unexpectedly.

The 18 wheeler driver had the best view of this whole thing and saw the whole thing develop right in front of him.

He tried to frame this tragic situation as a poor innocent person wrongly accused by the big bad police of something he was Totally innocent in.
He succeeded in stirring up public emotions and promoting a racial undertone to the situation, which was totally unwarranted. Thibodaux is a good town where people of all races generally live in harmony. He did an injustice to this fine city.

I do not think he expected the swift and aggressive response of the State Police. He forced LSP to respond, after his HTV interview garnered National attention.
LSP brought a tank to a knife fight.
Attorney should have just exercised his right to remain silent but he did not have the ability.

I would assume he may have wanted his 15 minutes of fame and he got it.
As they say, any publicity is good publicity when you are a defense attorney.
Regarding the Moscona radio show. It was stated they it was only supposed to be Kenny Lacy on the show via phone. Appears the attorney somehow made his way onto the show and became the focal point. Why?

pretty much. The gold truck turned off the road, and we see from the video that he doesn't pull over to the side of the road he completely turns off the road.
