"elective procedures" does not equal "most" you moron. I would assume most surgeons and/or doctors had already cancelled elective procedures before today.

read the text you ignorant prick. the revision expands to "any and all" which can't be postponed more than 30 days. Show me where "elective" even appears in the revised paragraph 1. You can't, so go frick yourself moron.

We’re about to hit a tipping point. We’re now putting off preventative measures such as cancer screenings.

The ripple effect here is going to be significant.

Hope everybody’s undiagnosed GI cancers get the memo to take the month off.

In other words, ELECTIVE procedures.

So you're telling me I'm stuck with this 2-incher for another 30 days and will have not much else to do but stare in the mirror playing self-loathing games while my penis extension surgery may never happen?

Where is it wrong? Show me where in the text of the 3/18 revision is applies only to "elective" procedures? It doesn't, it applies to "any and all" procedures that can't be postponed 30 days. Like discectomies and similar back surgeries or invasive testing.

Did you even read the notice? I'm sure not.

My aunt was just diagnosed with a treatable cancer via a colonoscopy given how early they caught it. Waited another year to 6 months and she wouldn’t be as lucky according to the oncologist.

We’re now rationing healthcare. fricking insane.

Let's be real, it's Orleans Parish that is making us look so bad.

As always

It's vague language in our situation. 60% to 70% of our cases could be deemed as "can't wait 30 days."

It says anything that the provider deems can be “safely postponed.” That’s elective. If people need tumors removed then they’ll get removed. If people want a vasectomy there’s no harm in waiting.

of course it is

they comply with the authoritarian admin but leave the hard choices up to individuals, who have to guess if they're about to be sent to licensure gulag due to lack of clear guidance by the very same authoritarian admin
