This is true but also to conserve PPE that are in short supply.

I saw a runner at the bottom of the television screen that said nursing homes are running out of gloves and masks and suggested that Dentists and other practices that are under forced shut down donate their PPE to them.

shite. I'm scheduled to have my final transition surgery next week. Guess I'll be in limbo for awhile. Bright side is I can still frick males or females for now.

the wording of this memo is very unclear, but when you go to the LA DHH website and go under the tab that states the DHH is offering guidance on elective procedures, press X for more inf and this memo pops up, they really need to come out with some clarificaions
