That assclown RINO polesmoker Bush decided states were making it too easy to get ID, so he signed the Real ID Act. Apparently it was a rampant problem that states were making it too easy to get an ID and we needed layers of complicated, expensive red tape to be added to the process.

It was a pretty standard, logical piece so I'm not sure why it would be deemed "worst."
And they are finishing up construction on their new 4 story office building so I'm not sure why you think they are going out of business.

Louisiana has received a waiver along with other states-including New York-for several years and Louisiana has submitted another waiver from compliance again.

Pretty sure I went through a bunch of border patrol checkpoints on the interstate between California and San Antonio. California has agricultural checkpoints going to and coming out of the state. Only ones I passed through from LA to L.A.
