This is the kind of shite Starbucks will have to get used to ever since caving to unionizing. Nobody is putting a gun to these workers heads and making them work there, but wearing a tshirt and jeans is apparently the worst thing to happen in their privileged lives and it's absolutely out of the question for them to go work anywhere else.

They’ve realized most people don’t actually like coffee so they buy the cheapest beans and over roast them for consistency (that’s why they’re straight black coffee tastes like arse) and then dump copious amounts of sugar, milk, creamer etc into their shitty coffee and sell it at $6-$10 a cup.
And people eat that shite up bc they “gotta have their coffee” when it’s really a coffee flavored milkshake

The issue with Starbucks is the customization. People can get it however they want instead of getting it how Starbucks makes it. I get a black pike place coffee every time I go. Occasionally I’ll get the same thing but iced.
