that is for washing hands. The superdome has that. Many guys take a leak in it

Jordan-Hare used to have piss troughs. Between 2010 and 2020 they were phased out.
I can’t prove it, but I think one of the main reasons for our decline as a program was when they removed the piss troughs at Jordan-Hare and replaced them with urinals.

My old high school had a bathroom with this setup. The only time I ever saw that configuration. I sometimes see the urinals that go all the way down to the floor but they are individual urinals.
