There were some photos of him that clearly showed the cops face was bruised and red immediately after the altercation which is consistent with the other eyewitness accounts
Damn. Missed those. Were they posted here? Anyone have them so I don't have to sift through 500+ pages. Thanks.

Btw, I know the shot in the arm could have potentially come from any angle according to the pathologist, but I am betting that was the initial shot from within the car.
I'm betting the shot in the car missed. he retreated and realized he wasn't shot, then turned around and charged at the cop. At which point the cop pulled the trigger until he hit the ground. which accounts for the shot on the top of the head.

6'4" 290 is even kinda scary.
I saw a huge woman laying on the curb on the corner of First and Claiborne last night. She was about 5'8" and easily 250. She looked motionless and didn't appear to be breathing. I turned my vehicle around and called the police.
I got out of my car to check on her. She wasn't moving. Another vehicle stopped to check on her with me. I was about to nudge her with my foot to see if she was alive.
Before I kicked her, she became possessed and screamed "Get the frick away from me." I walked back to my car and waited for the police to arrive. She must have been on some drugs, and could have done a lot of damage.
I should have stayed in my car.

You mean other than the fight in the cop vehicle?
Look, I can't help but be skeptical. Statements change so much and I can't test the veracity of them. I haven't taken anyone's statement at face value, so it goes both ways.

Sorry kilo. Wasn't clear. I wasn't disagreeing with you. More agreeing with you. Didn't mean to make it look like you were reading anything into it.

Wheres this coming from?
Also, you KNOW the family is going to claim that they are trying to smear his character upon this release.
That doesn't matter at all. The family's opinions and feelings on the result of the case will fade into oblivion until the next Howard Zinn writes about them.
What matters are the facts and the facts being exposed. Then the judge and jury deciding the case. Then consequences for the poor decisions of ALL involved in this story.

Also, big man is charging police officer and gets shot multiple times. He begins to fall to the ground and the last bullet hits his head as he falls.
Why can't that be an option?
Because that would go against the execution narrative that citizens of Ferguson would like to portray.

You're a defense attorney? In Jackson, ms?
How big is your jet?

I couldn't live with myself had I kept driving and discovered they found a dead body on the corner. So many cars passed.

there's nothing to really around if that's the case.
people (not just the ones in fergusen)LOOVE them some drama. my neighborhood got all up in tizy recently because someone said someone saw some woman peeing in her yard.
the info was like 3rd hand of 3rd hand but EVERYONE was freaking out about some woman peeing in the yard and how our neighborhood was going straight to hell.
a dude charging the cops getting his justice is boring.
a dude running from the poo poo with hands in the air while they repeatedly pumped him full of lead until he lay dead in the road is a much more interesting story.

is this like al gore in florida vote recount in 2000?
just keep having people do autopsies until someone does one that is consistent with a dude running away with his hands in the air.

Were they the size of this guy?
No, but big enough to hurt somebody.

Had they already fought with the officer over his gun (reportedly)?
No, but that only makes me more curious. Most officers don't allow someone they are wary of to get so close. They usually keep their distance with their hand on a weapon just in case shite hits the fan. If Brown is so intimidating, why pull your vehicle up to where you're at a disadvantage?

has it been established there's no dashcam evidence?
i'm guessing not or surely they would have released it by now if it showed him fighting with cops.

It was one of the first things I wondered when they said the officer pulled up and saw them in the middle of the street. I haven't seen an answer nor have I seen it discussed.

You can't answer the rest of my questions because it seems we don't know.
The discussions have been on what may have happened. I can answer those questions if given enough time to respond. One arm don't work so I type sloooowly with only one hand.

Like I've said, I've defended guys ON CAMERA who became aggressive with police officers and none of those guys were shot. None of them. The officer never even pulled out his gun. I'm not a cop, so I don't know if that's the norm. That's just my experience.
My DIL is a defense attorney. She has seen just the opposite of what you have.

So, all I've wanted to know is what happened between the officer and Brown that caused the officer to use lethal force against an unarmed person. That's it.
and you are publicly asking questions to a board of people that obviously don't have the facts. You are getting what you ask for, theories and past experience of past confrontations. Don't be so frickin defensive when you don't like the theories.
