My take is there is no way to read into what was going through his mind just by looking at that video. Maybe he was concerned about how to get out of doing something he shouldn't have done. Maybe he was distraught over having had to use his weapon. Maybe he just had to take a leak. Seems both sides are reading a lot into the video that just can't be determined.
I pace all the time. shite, my legs are almost always shaking. This whole ordeal has been frustrating because it seems like people don't want to know the truth.

Well the two main witnesses who claimed he was shot in the back and was on his knees surrendering have pretty much lost all credibility.
Btw, I know the shot in the arm could have potentially come from any angle according to the pathologist, but I am betting that was the initial shot from within the car. IF there was a struggle and IF he went for the gun, being that he is likely right handed, the officer prob pulled the trigger while he was attempting to grab it.
Again, that is a huge IF

This ain't NCIS. I've seen what they go through immediately after and for years after.

They are making a leap on some of those conclusions. Didn't Dr. Baden say the last head shot could have that trajectory from Brown surrendering OR charging the officer? Odd how they ignore the other possibility.

Cliffs on the past few days?
Kid still dead
People still acting batshite (rioting, looting, etc)
2 autopsies done and mirror each other (kid shot 6 times; 4 in arm, 1 in eye & 1 on top of the head) Holder asking for 3rd autopsy
A couple of videos "seem" to support the cop: Witness backing cop

Look at the source.

They got the police tape up in 30 seconds after a fatal shooting? Really?

St Louis: Unarmed teen shot and killed by police, riot in progress.

Basically what she said was (and I'm going off memory here so I may mess up some detail) that the cop was confronting this teen about walking down the middle of the street when he got the call about the strong-arm robbery. The called fit the description of the teen, including the fact he had these cigars in his hand. At that point he got out of his cruiser and that's when the teen rushed him shoved him back into his car and went after his gun. At some point during this struggle the gun went off (I'm not sure if anyone was hit by this shot but I don't think they were). When the gun went off the teen bolted and started to run. At this point the cop got out and went to pursue (standard SOP from what she said) and told the teen to "halt". When he did this the teen turned and charged at him. That's when the cop began firing. According to her the teen kept coming even after being hit a number of times and only stopped when the final shot hit him in the forehead at a range of only a few feet.
Sounds like bullshite.
Consistent with other interviews & videos from other witnesses (i.e. those who aren't charging CNN and others to do interviews). Toxicology report purportedly will show the kid had PCP in his system.

6'4" 290 is even kinda scary. I'd prolly shoot a bit early if I thought he was charging me .... hence no gun shot residue.

The officer had loads of adrenaline pumping through his body.
That would cause him to pace.
That would cause him to pace.

Not ridiculous!! Just not experienced, maybe educated on this kind of behavior. I am in no way attacking you. I wish I could type better and faster. You are asking good questions. I could answer to your satisfaction I think.
Let me sum up my thoughts concerning this matter:
The management of this crisis has been a joke. I don't think anyone would dispute that.
You can't answer the rest of my questions because it seems we don't know. Like I've said, I've defended guys ON CAMERA who became aggressive with police officers and none of those guys were shot. None of them. The officer never even pulled out his gun. I'm not a cop, so I don't know if that's the norm. That's just my experience.
So, all I've wanted to know is what happened between the officer and Brown that caused the officer to use lethal force against an unarmed person. That's it. We don't really know any of this for sure. If you do, then maybe you should be in Ferguson, MO.

Brown is likely to test positive for marijuana but outside of making him hungry it's not likely to have caused him act irrationally

Interesting. Where are you hearing that from?

I'm more curious if anyone is able to use any of the videos to enhance or see what his injuries looked like. I don't see blood at first glance, but it's so far away I can't tell. Skin might not have been broken anyways. He certainly isn't grabbing his eye(s) like he's in pain and others aren't checking on him or his injuries. At least from the short video I saw. But again, maybe that happened already and just isn't in that video.
There were some photos of him that clearly showed the cops face was bruised and red immediately after the altercation which is consistent with the other eyewitness accounts (i.e. not those witnesses & their attorneys who are cashing in on the events by charging for media appearances).

Also, big man is charging police officer and gets shot multiple times. He begins to fall to the ground and the last bullet hits his head as he falls.
Why can't that be an option?

Could. So could a lot of things.

Im not reading anything into the video. I was just adding a "third option" to the small list of two that was presented. In fact, I dont think that video means or says anything at all.
Mysteriously, after the autopsy came out, a witness miraculously comes forth and makes a statement that fits the autopsy report and has a video that is used to put a bad spin on the officer.
Color me shocked....
I still havent made a judgment, not enough info. What continues to amaze me is how the media has already picked sides.

Were they the size of this guy? Had they already fought with the officer over his gun (reportedly)?

Wheres this coming from?
Also, you KNOW the family is going to claim that they are trying to smear his character upon this release.
