At the same time, we have serious concerns if Chief Dotson bends to the will of politicians who mistakenly believe that
St. Louis’s Finest should not answer the call of other law enforcement agencies in their time of need. We urge the Chief
to offer the full and unfettered support of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and to eschew political
interference in this time of public crisis

Haven't been able to follow today. Saw the Chief had press conference. Released cop's name. Told us of robbery. Video and stills were released. Have seen he's had another conference? Said 1st contact was unrelated to robbery and only walking in street?
Anything else from today?
Am I gathering that he has now come back and said 1st contact unrelated to but then realized or changed to related to robbery?
