Didn't mean it in a bad way. 
It's surprising what people can do when on drugs, but not only that, just with adrenaline. I can't think of the guys name, but there was a case here in BR where this guy gut in on a funeral procession. Cop stopped him, they got into a fight, he was shot several times, kept beating the cop like it was nothing. Took cops gun from him and was about to kill him before a bystander stepped in and shot him in the head.
If the shot doesn't hit a vital organ, a person hopped up on drugs or adrenaline can continue to do a lot of damage until they bleed out.

He's kinda right. No one knew about this video so there was no FOIA as the police chief said. So the chief chose to release this information to justify the shooting.

yep, the actual business name is blacked,,, er um, whited out in the police report, the QT was the reference point for direction the suspects were headed.
Clearly the QT is not an innocent bystander in all this, RACIST QT, YOU WILL PAY!
I guess that invalidates the point that you can't be too bright to break the law, then call attention to yourself by breaking the law again.

Yeah, I totally see what you are saying but I already see difference between that case and this one, with the details that we know (things may change).
This cop wasn't getting beat. He may have been punched once but almost everyone says that they were feet apart at the time of the shooting.

How do you know? According to everything i've seen there were FOIA requests about the robbery, its a given there's surveillance video at convenience stores, and of course it would be released with information about the robbery

yea admittedly I haven't been following this on TV, (the level of hyperbole is sickening), but hasn't "the story" gone from something like, 'Brown was running away from the police and shot in the back at range' to 'may have resisted arrest' to 'may have assaulted officer at arms length'.
Never let facts get in the way of writing a "great story" eh media?
