FWIW, every single officer in the country is trained the opposite. They are to show restraint up until they need to use deadly force. At the time they feel they need to use deadly force, they are trained to do exactly that. Shoot center mass then head. No limbs, to "wing" them, not into the air to warn them. They are trained to neutralize the threat.
If the threat keeps coming, they are trained to keep shooting. That includes unloading the gun, and reloading, if needed.

At about the 6 minute mark of that video, you can hear another eye-witness story. He talks about all the running but none of the hands up stuff. He literally said "he kept coming towards the police."

There's not a lot of circumstances when you aren't being shot at that take 6,7,8 bullets to the body that won't eliminate the threat.

You sure about that? What's your definition of "a lot"?

You know nothing. I have seen crack heads hopped up on stuff that take six cops to restrain them.
I've seen crackheads walk through several tasers.
If he keeps coming aggressively, then you use the amount of bullets required until that movement ceases. If it takes 100, so be it.

I've personally dealt with folks on drugs, including bath salts.. it's like they're superhuman.

16 page police report.
interesting, so basically the mob reaction to the QT was that the QT "deserved" to be punished for reporting the robbery by Brown, or was it that the QT had the audacity to be robbed in the first place.
Looks like the mob was well ahead of the media in "figuring out" who was responsible.
Never mind the intelligence factor of robbing a box of el cheapo cigars, at a QT that would obviously have surveillance and then drawing attention to yourself later by blocking traffic.
All easily explained by rampant racism, right idiots?

He was like 6'4 280 lbs or something. It's going to take more than one or two rounds from a 9mm to stop all that mass.

TBH, I feel like someone out there has video of be actual shooting and may be too afraid to come forward? Maybe a noisy older person who watches from their window all day

I don't consider bullets to be equal to cops or tasers.

Except the robbery wasn't at the QT.

I noticed that too. You can't tell at which point the first shot was fired from what he says. But it definitely seems like MB was moving toward DW for the last few shots.
