There's no way McCulloch doesn't take it to a Grand Jury. He'll let them be the bad guy. Or the jury if it gets that far (and it probably won't).

Did I say they should? Either way I am done with this argument that took place 100 pages ago.
Let all the details come out and then judge. I still haven't seen any evidence that would require a cop to manhandle a guy who took $40 worth of swishers.
