You're wrong. If there's good physical evidence that shows a good shoot, I'll be fine with it. There's far more egregious examples of police misconduct for me to get excited about every week. I don't need to hang my hat on a good shoot and wouldn't try to.

You really think that if the people decided to live in anarchy, we couldn't overpower the police with sheer numbers?
We don't because we choose not to. But the state of the police in this country is getting out of control. They need to be reined in.
No more military weapons or tactics. No more playing soldier.
Police have killed the same amount of citizens in this country the past ten years as American soldiers have died in Iraq, a warzone.

As for 'injustice' at least we are all being rationale and waiting for the facts. I mean knee jerk rioting worked well with OJ, I don't see why this should be any different.

It's the force of a kicking mule condensed to the size of a bullet, it can actually cause internal bleeding at a certain range. It's not entirely non-lethal, but I guarantee the song and dance will change if they start using live ammo.
