I am telling you. Some crazy frick is going to view that line of cops across the street as one big as target. What's unfortunate is, that crazy frick is gonna be hidden some where and just start spraying them. The cops, in turn, are going to start spraying the innocent people standing in the middle of the road. At that point, I really wouldn't be surprised if the County were relieved of it's responsibilities.
