They don't know what the charges are because there are none. The cops were arresting people just to arrest them, not because they did anything wrong.

Considering St. Louis counties record of arresting reporters, and such tonight, and having kept up with French for the last 4 days, I am going out on a limb and saying, he did nothing that would warrant arrest.
