What were two ON DUTY male cops doing at this apartment with an off duty female officer? And why were they playing Russian roulette while on duty?
Something smells here. I wonder if something else went down and these Cops realized they'd never get away with it so they just invented the Russian roulette story hoping to get a manslaughter charge?
