You would be correct. White kids make up 43.4% of kids in foster care, while black kids only make up 24.3%. From my experience, it obviously depends on the area. If you are trying to foster/adopt in New Orleans, be prepared to take mostly black kids

White infants are in great demand by white couples. While black infants are readily available to all. I’d think it would be rare to see it in the wild.

Soo...the white family/mom had 6 kids & gave em up. At the very least, the oldest was 7 when all given up for adoption.
