Demarcus Ware's daughter is not white. She may be Hispanic, or maybe even partially black. But she's very obviously not White.

Honestly why would they? Some whites adopt black kids because there are a lot of black kids available for adoption.
If a black couple wanted to adopt they can do it much easier and much much faster and probably much cheaper than they can a white baby without medical problems.

So a lot of white kids aren't? I'd figure just by population numbers more white kids are parentless. And even if more whites are adopting, it should just even things out.

Funny you should say this my wife works with a black woman who couldn't have kids and she adopted twin white girls from the niece of a co-worker because she couldn't take care of them. Granted this is the only instance I have ever heard of.
